Auction Terms & Conditions:
Pick up items Monday-Nov-20th 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 P.M. & Sunday Nov-19th between 8:00 a.m.-11:00a.m. and 4:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m.
Payment due auction day. Bidders may pay by Cash, Check, all Major Credit Cards. Absentee & Online bids accepted. 12% buyers premium will be in effect.

On Auction Day Only: Please Park at 1351 William Howard Taft Rd. This the Anthem building the Auction Shuttle Van will take you to the house

The Anthem building is about ¼ mile up hill from the 2 Taft Rd Lane. Taft rd lane is off of William Howard Taft.

Coming from Columbus
Take I-71S to Dana Ave.
Turn left off exit, stay in right lane.
Take slight right onto Madison Ave. then slight left onto Torrence Pkwy.
Right on William Howard Taft Road
Left onto Taft Road Lane.
2 Taft Road Lane is the 2nd house on the right.
Coming from Kentucky
US-50 E toward I-471 / Columbia Pkwy./ US-52.
Turn slight right onto Bains St.
Turn slight left onto Eastern Ave/ US-50 Truck/ US-52.
Turn left onto Collins Ave.
Turn Left to stay on Collins Ave.
Turn right onto William Howard Taft Rd.
Turn right onto Taft Road Lane.
2 Taft Road Lane is the 2nd house on the right.
Auction Day Shuttle Directions
Coming from Columbus
Follow the above directions to William Howard Taft Road.
Veer left and turn onto Woodbine Ave.
Anthem Parking is on your left.
Coming from Kentucky
Follow the directions above to Taft Road.
Go uphill past Taft Road Lane until William Howard Taft Road becomes 1 way.
Immediately get in the left hand lane.
Anthem will be on your left.
Turn left on Bell and enter into Anthem Parking Lot.
If you miss Bell, there is a back-up. Turn left on Victory Pkwy.
Turn left on McMillan, stay in left lane.
Veer left and turn onto Woodbine Ave.
Anthem Parking is on your left.
